Black and White is the second studio album by British hip-hop artist Wretch 32. The album was released in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2011 through Ministry of Sound - debuting at number 4 on the album chart with first week sales of 24,724. [6]
Background and release
Three singles preceded the release, all of which peaked within the top 5; "Traktor" featuring L, "Unorthodox" featuring Example and the number-one single "Don't Go" featuring Josh Kumra. The fourth single, "Forgiveness" featuring Etta Bond followed the album's release in late 2011.
Singles
- "Traktor" was the first single released from the album, it was released on 16 January 2011. It peaked at number 5 on the UK Singles Chart.
- "Unorthodox" was the second single released from the album, it was released on 17 April 2011. It peaked at number 2 on the UK Singles Chart.
- "Don't Go" was the third single released from the album, it was released on 14 August 2011. It entered the UK Singles Chart at number 1.
- "Forgiveness" featuring Etta Bond will serve as the fourth single on the album on 11 December 2011.[7]
